We like to ensure our customers get their products as soon as they possible can so we ship our products with a FREE UK Delivery service.
Our preferred courier is DPD and we will send you a tracking number for the DPD Website when your product has been booked in for delivery. You can follow the progress from there and get option and an hourly time slot for delivery.
We may ship smaller items via the royal mail and the delivery time may be extended to in this case.
In most cases the cost of shipping is free and this will include a next day delivery service. For items under £50 this delivery time may be extended and could be up to 3 days delivery.
*Applies to instock items. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day, next day delivery does not include Saturday or Sundays. Some services are only available to UK mainland addresses
The delivery costs apply to parcels up to 10kg in weight. Extra charges may apply to larger orders. UK buyers please note: we may charge a shipping surcharge to the following locations:
- Northern Ireland: £15.00
- Channel Isles: £15.00
- Scottish Isles: £15.00
- Anywhere North of Aberdeen: £15.00
- Isle of Man: £15.00
- Isle of White: £15.00
- Jersey: £30.
We can ship to Worldwide Destinations for a £40 but please call 01905 22958 or email [email protected] to confirm delivery charges.
We reserve the right to charge a shipping surcharge to any island of remote location attached to any sovereign state despite the fact that we have quoted a shipping rate in advance.
If you object to any shipping charges we apply then you have the right to cancel your order. If these charges have not automatically been added to the order we will contact you to request payment for these items before shipping.
Please note Digital DJ Music are responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you and have been signed for. We only deliver goods to the address on the original order and goods will not be left without a signature. The customer is responsible for the goods when they have been signed for and accepted. After acceptance, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at the customer’s risk.
